　　目前 国内多参数 电能表种类少 ，价格较高 ，缺乏通用性 。为 了减少设计成本 ，文中设计了一种基 于单片机的新 型多参数 电能表 ，经调试 ，它能实时提供 电流、 电压、有功功率 、无功功率、频率等基本参数 。

　　电能表是测量 电能 的专 用仪表 ，它的性 能直接影响到 电能管理 的效率 、准确度和科 学化 水平l3】。近年来 ，在 低碳经济、绿色节能及可持 续发展 思想的推动下 ，对未来 电网的发展提出 了更高 的要求 。同时国内大部分地区 电力资源紧缺 ，备用 电量严重不足 ，输变 电设 备重载 。在这种情况下 ，多参数 电能表可 以使 用户及 电力部门能够实时、详细、精确地 了解 电网的电能质量 ，并采取相 应的措施来解决这个 问题就显得尤为重要 了。
