每个多层板都是由芯板和半固化片通过压合而成的 , 普通的 FR-4 板材一般有 : 生益 , 建滔 , 联茂等板材供应商 . 生益 FR-4 的芯板根据板厚来划分 有:0.10MM ,0.15MM,,0.2MM ,,0.25MM.0.3MM,0.4MM,0.5MM 等, 包括有 H/HOZ,1/1OZ, 等这里 有一点需要大家特别注意 : 含两位小数的板厚是指不含铜的厚度 , 只有一位小数指包括铜的 总厚度 , 例如 :0.10MM 1/1OZ 的芯板 , 其 0.10MM是指介质的厚度 , 其总厚度应为 0.10MM+0.035+0.035MM=0.17MM,再如 :0.15MM 1/1OZ 的芯板 , 其总厚度 是:0.15MM+0.035MM+0.035MM=0.22MM,而 0.2MM 1/1OZ 的芯板 , 其总厚度就是 0.2MM,它的介 质厚度应为 :0.2MM-0.035MM-0.035MM=0.13MM.
