使用 MegaRAID CacheVault™ 保护缓存数据
 技术或 BBURAID 缓存是一种经济高效的方法，可通过将数据写入控制器来提高 I/O 性能在写入磁盘之前进行缓存。在回写模式下，写入缓存的数据容易受到攻击，直到在磁盘上永久化。避免在通电或电源期间数据丢失或损坏的可能性服务器故障，安华高提供CacheVault闪存保护模块或LSIiBBU09电池MegaRAID SAS 9266-4i 控制器的备份单元。缓存保险箱闪存保护使用由超级电容器供电的 NAND 闪存，有助于保护存储在 MegaRAID 中的数据控制器缓存。RAID控制器在通电时自动将缓存中的数据写入闪存发生故障，而超级电容器在此过程中保持电流。当电源恢复，DRAM从闪存中恢复，系统继续运行而不会丢失数据。客户可以灵活地选择传统的LiON电池解决方案或更环保、更低的总拥有成本采用 MegaRAID CacheVault 技术的缓存保护解决方案
