基于引线框架产品具有产品小、尺寸多、精度高等特点，中图仪器基于多年光学影像测量技术及光机电集成技术的沉淀，推出高速、高精度、功能强大的CHT系列全自动影像仪，可实现各种复杂精密引线框架的轮廓、表面尺寸、形位公差等精准测量，搭配自主研发的全自动测量软件，可实现自动编程、基于CAD图档的测量、各种SPC报表功能的导出等功能，大幅提高引线框架检测效率。

 

1.全行程覆盖

 

行程从200mm到1500mm，覆盖影像测量全部行程，针对不同长度需求的产品实现全尺寸覆盖测量。

 

 

2.可随意搭配多种复合传感器

CHT系列全自动影像仪可随意搭配多种复合传感器，真正的实现二维平面尺寸+高度尺寸一次性测量，也可随意搭配常规的卡尺、高度计等检测工具，一次测量后数据传输到定制报告模板中。

 

 

3.强大的影像聚焦系统

针对于产品微小的特征位置，全自动高精度变倍镜头搭配智能对焦系统，可以轻松识别边缘，快速定位产品轮廓特征，影像聚焦功能也能满足现场产品尺寸高度、平面度的检测需要。

 

4.稳定结构、超高的测量精度

全行程采用立柱式、龙门桥式的稳定结构，单轴的测量精度可达（1.8+L/200）um。

 

5.强大的数据输出功能

可根据客户要求，定制化输出数据报告模板，输出SPC分析报告与统计图表，支持TCP、Q-DAS等多种数据传输方式。
