根据工业领域中某些设备局部表面温度需要对外界特定物体温度变化做出动态跟踪的需求,研制了表面自适应变温材料系统,并重点对其中基于TEC 的控制系统进行了设计。本文介绍了控制系统的原理和结构,给出了硬件设计和温度控制算法,并设计了实验来验证控制系统的功能。最后,将TEC 工作面与铝合金片材结合,观察铝合金材料表面温度对目标温度变化的跟随效果。结果表明该控制系统可以应用于表面自适应变温材料系统。 关键词: 随动温控系统;TEC;PID Control Design of Surface Temperature Adaptive Material System WANG, Hongpeng WANG, Xiaoqun* WANG, Zhenqing DU, Shanyi (School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing 100083, China) Abstract In the industrial field a device's local surface temperature needs to follow the temperature of an outside specific object. According to this requirement a Surface Temperature Adaptive Material System was developed where the temperature control system based on TEC (thermoelectric cooler) was carefully designed. Firstly the principle and structure of the control system were introduced. Then the hardware design and temperature control algorithm were presented, and experiments were designed to verify the function of the system. Finally the working surface of a TEC device was connected to the surface of alloy material to check the performance of the system.
