The HFA3424 is a highly integrated Low Noise Amplifier for use in the 2.4GHz ISM band. The LNA features include on- chip matching and DC blocking on the RF input and output ports. The HFA3424 is packaged in an 8 pin SOIC (Figure 2) which will facilitate its use in PCMCIA type RF front end applications.
