Abstract : Energy crisis is a challenge to us ,and wind - power is a kind of reproducible energy that possesses of potential development . Although horizontal - axis wind turbine is widely in use abroad , researchers of many countries pay more and more attention to the vertical - axis wind turbine for its superexcellence performance. This paper will mainly discuss about the performance and the development of the vertical -axis wind turbine.
