      VCSEL阵列用于TOF模组，特别是激光雷达一类的dTOF系统时，VCSEL在窄脉冲情况下的峰值功率、工作电流、工作电压、转化效率、近远场光学特性等参数对于芯片供应商、封装服务商、模组集成商等都非常重要。

 

         VCSEL和VCSEL阵列，包括各种激光二极管标准检测的关键电性能技术参数，常见如激光二极管正向压降(VF )、KinK点测试/线性度测试(dL/dI)、阈值电流(Ith)、输出光功率等(Po)以斜率效率(Es)等。

 

         LIV测试是确定VCSEL关键性能参数的一种快速简单的方法，它将两条测量曲线组合在一个图形中。L/I曲线显示了激光器的光强度对工作电流的依赖性，并用于确定工作点和阈值电流。V/I曲线显示了施加到激光器的电压作为工作电流的函数。通过LIV(光强-电流-电压)测试，可以评估VCSEL绝大多数电参数特性及最佳输出光功率。
