采用AI 人工智能工业调节器和PC 机组成PCVD 反应器监测系统。通过AI 调节器检测和控制PCVD 反应室温度和气压,由上位PC 机实时接收并显示和存储测控参数的设定值和测量值。给出了系统结构框图和利用VC++编程的上位机通讯软件设计方案。该系统满足实时处理的要求,抗干扰能力强。 关键词:实时数据采集;监测;AI 人工智能调节器;串口通讯 Abstract: In this paper, Monitor system for PCVD reactor is introduced. The system is composed of artificial intelligent(AI) controller and personal computer (PC), while using PC as master computer and AI controller as microcomputer. The system communication protocol and design process of master computer communication software based on visual C++ are presents. Running and testing outcomes indicate that this system is reasonably design, meanwhile, making the data storage and display being available. This system not only meets the real time qualification , but has strong anti-interference as well.
