Alliance Memory， Incsupports the full range of 3.3V and 5V Asynchronous SRAMs in densities from 64K up to 32Mb and with speeds offered in the range of 10-20ns (Fast Asynchronous) to 55-70ns (Low Power SRAMs) and ZBT/Sync Pipelined burst (SPB)/Sync Burst (SB) SRAMs。 We also manufacture a complete line-up of DRAMs in densities of 16M, 64M,128M，256M, 512M and 1G。These memories are used with mainstream digital signalprocessors (DSPs) and microcontrollers found mainly in the digital consumer electronics， networking， mobile ommunications， industrial，medical and the automotive electronics marketplace。
