Abstract：With the broad application of the integrated circuit and the electronic device, more attention is paid to the damage of the Electro-Static Discharge (ESD). Firstly the paper introduced the model and the measure methods of the human body ESD. Then the principle and the application of several new type ESD protection ICs are expatiated.
