For nearly 20 years, Linear Technology’s RH devices have been used
in critical applications. During the development process, Linear Technology
applies key circuit design techniques and manufacturing steps
which enhance resistance to damage or malfunction caused by highenergy
subatomic particles, electro-magnetic radiation and high
temperatures. These RH devices are total dose rated up to 200krad
and are deployed in most US, European and Japanese satellites.
