非接触感应电能传输系统中可分离变压器磁场的有限元仿真分析

可分离变压器是非接触电能传输系统的重要组成之一,与传统能量传输方式相比,它有很多优点:供电设备和负载之间无任何接触,无摩擦,易维护;无噪声污染;能在多种恶劣的条件下工作等。本文利用ANSYS 软件,分析了可分离变压器各种可能会影响传输效率的因素,并为实际系统选择模型提供了参考依据。本文利用ANSYS 软件建立了可分离变压器的二维和三维模型进行仿真。二维分析不考虑变压器结构的影响,把一些外部条件作为变量建立模型,例如原边电流频率,幅值,线圈绕制方法,原、副边距离等因素。在二维的基础上做了的优化分析,目的是从优化的角度得到一些选择磁芯的趋势。三维分析的目的是从所有可用的开关电源变压器中找出最优的结构,最优包括传输效率最高以及对周围环境的电磁干扰最小。不同的结构有不同的应用场合和特点。为了具有对比性,分析中以PM 型磁芯为基础选择不同结构并建模,从仿真的角度给出了在何种条件下可以得到最高的传输效率。

Abstract:Detachable transformer is an important component of contactless power transmission system. Compared with traditional
transmission modes, it has following advantages. There is no contact between supplying equipments and loads, no friction, which brings
convenience to maintenance; no noise pollution et al. It can work in any formidable conditions with higher frequency and less volume. This
paper discusses various factors that may have influence on transmission efficiency by ANSYS and offers several guidelines to realize
systems. This paper sets up two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of dissociable transformer by ANSYS. 2-D analysis takes no
consideration of the influence by transformer structure, and only set parameters by external conditions, including frequency and amplitude
of primary current, the way of coiling and the distance between primary magnetic core and secondary one. Optimization of 2-D analysis is
also made to get the tendency for choosing magnetic core. The object of 3-D analysis is to find out the optimum structure with highest
transmission efficiency and smallest electromagnetic interference from all the switch-mode power supplies. Different structures suit on different application conditions and have their own features. For the sake of comparison, the analysis chooses PM-cores, and models in different structures. This paper discusses conditions on which the highest efficiency can be acquired through emulation to eliminate bad influence to the whole system by this link.
