　　企业实施MES的时机是什么，以及如何选择MES系统？ 这是非常好的一个问题，也是非常难回答的一个问题。

　　不管是对MES厂商还是企业，时机是很难确切的说出来的。我们希望企业多分析一下自身的问题，从生产的各个环节去找问题。如果企业经过分析罗列了100条待解决的问题，而其中的20条亟待解决而且与MES系统相关，那就可以考虑上MES系统了。一般企业觉得需要上MES的时候，咨询公司对他们的分析就很重要，如果让企业完全把自己去把问题看清楚，是有点难度的。而在选择MES系统的时候，需要做到明确企业需求，从小处着眼，从整体来规划。这个原则放之四海而皆准。

 

　　另外一点，选择的MES系统要能和后续添加的系统实现集成，这点很关键。如果是写程序去解决当下的问题，当流程或者设备改变，先前写的程序可能就没有用了，再去写的时候，可能要花两倍的精力或者重写一个，前面所做的工作就白费了。企业在这个上面损失的时间、成本和利润，是很难估量的。
