l IC Design Engineer（RF）

- RF IC design for receivers, transmitters and transceivers in WiFi/BT wireless systems;

- Design and layout of IC building blocks, such as LNA, Mixer, PA, TR-Switch, VGA/PGA, Filter and Synthesizer;

- Modeling and simulation of devices, circuits and systems in Spectre/SpectreRF, matlab and EM simulator;

- Test characterization of IC building blocks and chips in lab, and ATE and field environments.

- Over 3 years of experience in RFIC design and MS or PhD in electric and electronic engineering;

- Understanding receiver and transmitter architectures for multi-standard wireless systems;

- Hand-on design experiences in RF building blocks for System-on-Chips in deep submicron CMOS technologies for mass production;

- Proficient with circuit simulators such as Spectre/SpectreRF, oversight of layout design and familiarity with EM simulation;

- Demonstrated ability for test characterization of RF building blocks and chip level performances in lab, supporting ATE production and system field tests;

- Strong communication skills, self-motivation and also excellence as team player.

l Senior IC Design Engineer ( Digital )

- Module-level RTL implementation base on design specification;

- Module-level architecture definition and implementation base on DSP materials (C/C++ or Matlab)

- Simulation/Verification at both module level and system level;

- chip-level synthesis and timing closing;

- Writing design spec and report;

- FPGA/silicon debug on related modules.

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in ASIC Design Relevant;

- >8 years of digital design experience;

- Solid understanding of state-of-art tape-out flow and methodology from RTL to GDS;

- Strong hands-on experience in using widely-adopted EDA tools for netlist generation, formal check and timing fix;

- Broad knowledge base and good understanding of timing issues, P&R flow and challenges, DFT, low power design, signal integrity, test and packaging, handling of mixed signal, post-layout ECO, etc;

- Familiar with C/C++ and Matlab and some script languages

- Understanding the fundamentals of basic digital signal processing

- Relevant experience with STB, especially with FEC (LDPC/BCH) is better.

l SoC Design Engineer （DDR/BUS/CPU）

- Module-level architecture definition and design;

- Module-level RTL implementation;

- Simulation/Verification at both module level and system level;

- Module-level synthesis and timing analysis;

- Writing design spec and report;

- FPGA/silicon debug on related modules.

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in ASIC Design Relevant;

- >5 years of SoC design experience;

- Experience on AXI/AHB bus structure and arbiter.

- Solid knowledge on digital IC design; Strong skills of Verilog RTL coding and simulation; Hands-on experiences on EDA tools, such as Cadence and Synopsys tools; Familiar with C language;

- Relevant experiences on STB product;

- Good communication skills and Good oral/written English.

l Senior SOC System Design Engineer (杭州)

- Module/System-level architecture definition and design;

- Module-level synthesis and timing analysis;

- Writing design spec and report;

- FPGA/silicon debug on related modules.

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in ASIC Design Relevant;

- >5 years of SoC design experience;

-        Experience on module design and system design. Such as CPU, System, Interface, BUS,        Lower Power.

- Solid knowledge on digital IC design; Hands-on experiences on EDA tools, such as Cadence and Synopsys tools;

- Relevant experiences on multi-media product.

l （Senior） Technical Writer

- Write technical documents for customers in English and Chinese, such as datasheet, user manuals, application notes, product flyers and promotional presentations or articles;

- Develop internal engineering documents in English, such as product specifications, functional/design specifications;

- Edit, standardize and polish documents prepared by other writers;

- Translate articles from English to Chinese and vice versa as required;

- Maintain existing technical documents.

- Bachelor’s degree, major in Scientific English, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with broad knowledge in IC and/or IT related fields;

- Fresh student or Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing and/or minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical translation;

- Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese. CET-6 or above is a must;

- Strong capability of understanding new technical concepts/knowledge;

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively gather & convey information;

- Quick learner of new tools; familiar with Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred;

- Proactive self-starter with minimum supervision and willing to work under pressure;

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork;
