IPE 5.0初始化失败

                                                                            Just installed IPE 5.00 and I am getting a
"Initialization failed: Unable to create ControlPointMediator"

Windows 10
MPLAB Real ICE
Target Device PIC16F1459

Have tried rebooting laptop - no change.
Swapped out RealICE for Pickit3  - no difference

Changing device to PIC16F1619 however and it works as one would expect.
Setting device back to PIC16F1459 and it fails again with the initialisation error

Any suggestions as to why I'm getting the error and what can I do about it?
