Hi Everyone,
I am new to the PIC so please guide me if I am making any mistake(s).
I am trying to generate a PWM signal of 500Khz freq. with a duty cycle in the range of 25%to 50 % for a buck converter(800W).
I cannot find a PIC microcontroller (8bit preferred) which can generate a stable PWM of 500Khz.
my ques
tion is, what is the maximum PWM freq. that can be produced with pic18, pic16 and pic12 microcontrollers
and what optimizations might lead to this output.
Also, I need the calculations for timer and clock freq. required?
