  I'm very sorry but there are no part numbers included in the user/service manual. The manual just states U110. The defective part is a CS8122 voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. On their website this part is listed as obsolete. I've all-ready contacted digikey but they don't have this voltage regulator in stock anymore. So I'm sure there must be a compatible replacement for this. That's all I need. I hope you can help me out...

  Sorry but I'm afraid I can't provide any more guidance on this. Keysight doesn't officially provide component level support for this product and without an official part number there's not really anything else I can do.
