N9000A SCPI小数位

我们有两个N9000A分析仪，其中一个分析仪在请求功率级时返回3个小数位，另一个返回2个小数位。
例如，在一个单元上设置-41.85dBm：SOUR：POW -41.35DBM：SOUR：POW？
-4.135E + 01在另一个单位：SOUR：POW -41.35DBM：SOUR：POW？
-4.14E + 01我可以在分析仪设置中找到任何明显的东西，有人知道是什么原因引起的吗？

  We have two N9000A analysers, one of the analysers returns 3 decimal places when requesting the power level and the other returns 2 decimal places.  

For example, setting -41.85dBm on one unit   

:SOUR:POW -41.35DBM
:SOUR:POW?
-4.135E+01

On the other unit

:SOUR:POW -41.35DBM
:SOUR:POW?
-4.14E+01

I can find anything obvious in the analyser settings, does anybody know what causes this?
