T406 VTEP探头不良

您好，很多时候我的2个灯具都有问题。
在无矢量测试开始后我直接得到一个错误：“T406 VTEP探针不良，使用”验证所有多路复用卡“调试1 6.”或“T406 VTEP探针不良，使用”验证所有多路复用卡“进行调试1 3
“。
夹具锁定后直接在第一个测试周期中出现该问题。
1解决方案）几次夹具锁定/夹具解锁后，夹具开始正常工作。
2解决方案）如果我直接在BT-Basic窗口中运行软件然后我回到操作员窗口Medalist，那么无矢量测试开始工作而没有循环夹具锁定/解锁。
因为上面的两个解决方案对我来说都可以解决硬件问题。
你知道可能是什么原因吗？

  Hello,

Many of times I have an issue for 2 of our fixtures.
Directly after vectorless test is starting I'm getting an error:

"T406 Defective VTEP probe, use "verify all mux cards" to debug 1 6. "
or
"T406 Defective VTEP probe, use "verify all mux cards" to debug 1 3."  

That issue coming during first test cycle directly after fixture lock.  

1 solution) After few times fixture lock/fixture unlock, fixture start working correctly.
2 solution) If I run software directly in BT-Basic window and then I back to operator window Medalist, then vectorless test start working without cycle fixture lock/unlock.

Because both solution above work for me then I can exclude hardware issue.  

Do you have any idea what could be a reason?
