MSOX3024探头耦合无法改变

我有一个问题，当DVM被激活时，我无法改变探头耦合。
通常在DVM设置为DC时发生。
探头耦合菜单变为AC，但当探头连接到直流电源时，迹线仍显示直流电压。
DVM耦合卡在DC中。
在正常情况下，DVM耦合跟踪探头耦合。
清除条件的唯一方法是关闭DVM。
重新启用DVM不会清除该情况。
奇怪的是它不会一直发生，我不知道失败模式。
它可以是一系列按钮按下或启用某些其他功能。
我有LAN / VGA，WAVEGEN和2014年4月捆绑的许可证。
固件版本为2.37.2014052001 Jack Willco Electronics。

  I'm having a problem where, when the DVM is activated, I can't change the probe coupling.  It normally happens when the DVM is set to DC.  The probe Coupling menu changes to AC but when the probe is connected to a DC source, the trace still shows a DC voltage.  The DVM coupling is stuck in DC.  Under normal conditions the DVM coupling tracks the probe coupling.

The only way to clear the condition is to turn off the DVM.  Re-enabling the DVM doesn't clear the condition. What's strange is that it doesn't happen all the time and I don't know the failure mode.  It could be a sequence of button presses or that some other feature is enabled.

I have the LAN/VGA, the WAVEGEN and the April 2014 bundled license.  The firmware version is 2.37.2014052001
