    Hello everyone
I wonder if it's possible to extend a UART serial port to send receive data with an Ethernet port? I mean that i have a device that communicates over UART serial port. I want to communicate with it from a server through TCP/IP socket. Is there any PIC controller that can sit between this device and the Ethernet LAN port and do this protocol conversion between UART serial port and Ethernet port?
