PIC18F26K83在Curiosity HPC开发板中运行

    Hello,
I have this PIC MCU installed in the dev board (Curiosity HPC, pn: 164136) recommended on the Microchip web site. I am connecting to the board over USB and the board mounted on USB fine, according to Win10, my operating sys. I'm trying to connect to the board, with a blank PIC installed, and starting a project using MPLAB X, v 4.05.  When I launch a new project, using this PIC device as the processor, the system shows the Curiosity HPC red-dotted (ie, not supported).

Has anybody else seen this? I'm a newbie with both the MCU and the dev environment, so any suggestions or approaches to solving the problem would be appreciated!
