Can you elaborate on the steps you followed to generate and install the license (.xml)?
VMs with recommended OS are supported.

As I have Windows installation already licensed, I have the licence file already generated and I am not permitted to generate any more unless I create a new account with new e-mail address. I can find the .xml file using 'Load License' but it fails as described.
