IP Core SITE许可证如何工作？

I am interested in purchasing a SITE license of the TEMAC IP Core. I am confused about how Node-Locked vs Floating licenses would work. Let's say that there is a team of 7 working on different parts of a project, most of whom need to be able to build the entire project at a given time, though only 3 of them will actually work on different TEMAC interfaces, likely not at the same time.

Does a SITE license imply that all users at a given location (and within a 5 mile radius) can pull the license at the same time if necessary? Our company actually only has one physical location, where all the engineers work, so the 5-mile radius is irrelevant.

If we chose to make the TEMAC SITE license a floating license, would every user be able to pull a license from our server at the same time?

If instead we chose to make the TEMAC SITE license node-locked, could we generate a separate node-locked license for every user at our location?

I guess I would have the same questions about multiple users for a TEMAC PROJ license. My understanding is that a PROJ license can only be used on a single project, though I would assume that multiple users could use a single license if they are working on the same project the license was purchased for.
