Matlab2013a，ISE14.7，Xilinx分频器，Xi​​linx模块库中发生内部错误

Hello I am using Matlab 2013a and ISE 14.7 to develop my models to run in a dSpace MicroAutboxII.
I can use every xilinx block in the library but when i use Xilinx Divider, a get the error "An internal error occurred in the Xilinx Blockset Library"


What would be the problem?
I tried to do some options that I read on this forum like switching the license file but i doesn't help.
