用Miniprog3编程PSoC4显示错误

亲爱的，
我用PSoC程序员3.22.0来编程PSOC4，是成功的。
但是当我ppcli.EXE编程时，当我使用PSoC4xEraseALL时，它会显示如下错误：
PSo44EraseALL
e
SWD响应包包含失败状态！
PSOC4Y-EASASEALR返回80004005
80004005行
谁能告诉我为什么？

  Dear ,
I use PSoC Programmer 3.26.0 to program PSoC4 ,  it is successful.
but when I PPCLI.exe to Programming,when I use PSoC4_EraseAll, it will show error as follow:

PSoC4_EraseAll returned 80004005

anybody can tell me why?
