I have successfully used an N10-2713 amplifier from Norden Millimeter. It has ~30 dB gain which should be sufficient when used with your DUT to overcome the noise floor of any of the PNA-X's S-parameter receivers in the 50 to 67 GHz band. There are probably other amplifiers in the market that would also work. To get reasonably low measurement jitter (NF trace noise), the combined amount of excess noise (in dB: DUT gain + DUT noise figure + preamp gain) should be >= 45 dB. A filter to remove noise conversion around the fundamental of the PNA-X's internal LO is also required. Two back-to-back V281A (WR-15) coax-to-waveguide adapters make a perfect highpass filter for the 50 to 67 GHz band. For more information on how to set up the preamp and filter, I suggest you read app note 1408-20 (5990-5800EN) and app note 5991-2524EN.
