cy7c68013a u***发生故障

您好，我使用这个CY7C68013A在我做的板上，但是当我把它连接到PC时，我得到“USB设备不被识别”。附在这台计算机上的一个USB设备出现故障，Windows无法识别它。“我尝试了来自CyPress的USB通用驱动程序，但是我不能从设备管理器得到PID / VID，正如它所说的PID 0000和VID 0000一样。可能是USB控制器不工作了吗？

          Hello, i use this cy7c68013a on a board i made, but when i connect it to pc i get "USB Device not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I tried the u*** generic driver from cypress but i cant get a pid/vid from device manager as it says pid 0000 and vid 0000. could it be that the u*** controller is not working?
