使用PSoC设计器5.2的CY32 18 CAPXP1套件不能看到目录中的套件

我尝试使用PoSoCo设计器5.2的CY32 18 CAPXP1套件，但是当我创建一个新项目时，我不能看到目录中的套件。我在CyPress网站上找到了一个（3CeCopsEnthButoSnCuffixIng.Flash .IIC）文件，但是我不知道如何使用它，在哪里放置它，或者如果这是定义这个工具包的话？
有人有什么建议吗？

    I'm trying to use the CY3218 CAPEXP1 kit with PSoC Designer 5.2 however when I create a new project I cannot see the kit in the catalog. I have found on the Cypress WEB site a (ThreeCapsenseButtons_config_through_flash.iic) file but I'm not sure how to use it, where to place it or if this is what will define this kit?
     
    Anyone have any suggestions?
