将sublime文本的安装路径添加到path.Mine是C： Program Files  Sublime Text 3。
2）现在检查是否可以通过键入subl.exe从命令行启动sublime文本
3）现在打开Vivado并在编辑器选择中，选择自定义编辑器并编写subl.exe [文件名]：[行号]

This didn't work but I got it working.Sublime Text currently installs subl.exe file in installation folder which can be accessed from the command line. Steps for anyone who need this
1) Open environment variables of windows. Add the installation path of sublime text to path.Mine was C:Program FilesSublime Text 3. 
2) Now check whether you can launch sublime text from command line by typing subl.exe
 
3) Now open up Vivado and in editor selection, select custom editor and write subl.exe [file name]:[line number]

打开Vivado GUI，在当前编辑器中单击工具 - >选项 - >文本编辑器向下滚动，从列表中选择sublime文本编辑器。

Open Vivado GUI, click on tools --> options -->Text Editor  in  the current editor scroll down and select the sublime text editor from the list.
