    In PSoC 1 there are a I2Cm and an I2CHW which will even run as multi-master

  Despite the fact that there is an example-project fpr PSoC5 LP named DelSig_I2Cm when starting a new project with Designer 2.2 there is the component catalog that shows *all* components. There you'll find the required I2C-master components.
