Clarifications:
 
1.  Atlys board does not support FMC modules.
 
2.  FMC modules come in two flavours: LPC and HPC.  LPC (fewer pins) is a subset of HPC (more pins). Of the FMC modules in the list linked above, some are HPC and some are LPC.  Select LPC for use with the Spartan-6 based SP60x boards.
 
3.  The Xilinx SP60x series of Spartan-6 development boards support FMC (LPC variant).  The Xilinx SP623 board supports FMC (HPC variant).  There are similar choices to be made with Virtex-6 based development boards.
 
4.   If you select a LPC add-on module, you can use it with any FMC-compliant host board.  If you select a HPC add-on module, make sure you have a FMC-HPC board with which to use it.
