With AC coupling, you still need a termiantion, and you need to set the common mode voltage at the receiver. One way is to terminate each input (+, -) to Vcm = 1.2v each through a 51 ohm resistor at the receiver. Or, you could use the internal 100 ohm termination, and connect each +,- through a 10K resistor to the Vcm (less signal integrity issues with the external resistors -- just biasing).
