an update...
I have installed W7 Ultimate 64Bit with all the neccesary software for the LoRa dev kit.
There were some issues with the USB drivers.
 
Everything works fine now.

I just saw your post that you have DV164140-1 up and running. Can I ask you a question?
I got the device and I am running it on Window 7. However downlink messages cannot be achieved. Everytime I tried to send a confirmed uplink message, the mote became disconnected. Could you please tell me, have you achieved this function?

I'm able to send commands to the RN2483 and Gateway invidiously and both are responding.
But one thing, i'm not able to communication between them. I want connect RN2483 to gate way.
how to set commands for it?
RN2483 node to node communicating but to connect gateway which commands i need to use?
 
Kindly provide any RN2483 and Gateway communication example.

    Why do you install it on a laptop?  It should be a server running 24 hours a day.
 
I install it on an Oracle Linux 7.4 server and everything seems working.
