为什么我无法使用“NoiseParameter”保存s2p文件？

我无法使用“NoiseParameter”保存s2p文件。
命令：sense2：noise：snp“NoiseParameter”在SCPI帮助中作为示例显示，会生成错误。
命令：sense2：noise：snp：save“C：/ Program Files / Agilent / Network Analyzer / Documents / MyNoiseParams.s2p”，“NoiseParameter”也会生成错误。
如果在没有“NoiseParameter”参数的情况下使用命令，一切正常，但当然不会保存噪声参数数据。

  I'm unable to save s2p file with "NoiseParameter". The command: sense2:noise:snp "NoiseParameter"
which is shown as an example in the SCPI help generates an error. The command: sense2:noise:snp:save "C:/Program Files/Agilent/Network Analyzer/Documents/MyNoiseParams.s2p", "NoiseParameter"
also generates an error. If the commands are used without the "NoiseParameter" argument everything works fine but of course no Noise Parameter data is saved.

您好，我们的PNA-X的当前固件版本是A.09.80.20。
我发现有更新的版本（A.09.90.01）并将安装。
我可以使用前面板保存我想要的数据，但是使用SCPI命令在同一文件中包含噪声参数保存s2p数据没有任何好运。

The current firmware version for our PNA-X is A.09.80.20. I found a newer version is available (A.09.90.01) and will install. 

I can save the data I want using the front panel but haven't had any luck saving s2p data with Noise Parameters included in the same file using SCPI commands. I will try running the commands after upgrading the firmware.

  Problem solved. Upgrading firmware to A.09.90 did the trick. Now A can save snp and noise parameters with the following SCPI command: SENS2:NOIS:SNP:SAVE "MySparams.s2p", 'NoiseParameter'

您应该能够使用下拉菜单Response / Measure / ...在屏幕上查看噪声参数。
