OBJECTIVE | · Demo Lab hardware and facilities maintenance and upgrades |
WORKING RELATIONSHIP | · Superior – Demo Lab Manager: report lab and facility status · Internal – Process engineer and rotate engineer in Demo Lab: cooperate and teamwork · External – Customer: support in customer visit to Demo Lab · Direct report – none |
WORKING CONDITION | · Working time: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week · Working environment: o Office, Lab and on customer site (as required) o Work includes exposure to hazardous chemicals. Handling of hazardous chemicals must be performed according to safety procedures. Probable error may result in an accident causing serious injury or death to employee or others |
Main Responsibilities |
Ensure lab functionality: · Install, upgrade and repair equipment · Ensure the proper function/condition of all Demo Lab tools by performing leak-tests, manufacture of electrical, water and gas connections within the system or the lab, etc. · Analyze and solve technical issues resulting from system operation in the Demo Lab coming either from systems or lab facility · Report and document failures and design issues etc., and follow up on solution and validation · Implement design improvement of MOCVD tools in the lab Customer relationship management: · Build up and maintain corporate image by ensuring all hardware and facilities well functioned in Demo Lab · Support in customer visits to Demo Lab & Training Center Other: · Complete other/temporary work assigned by Demo Lab manager |
Requirement |
Education & Working Experience: · Bachelor degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineer relevant areas is preferred · Experience in technical customer service |
Knowledge & Skill: · Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in English · Good PC knowledge in MS office · Good practical electrical and mechanical skills and expertise |
