? Lead baseband design
? All aspects of BB design validation including performing accurate component level testing, system level testing
and component qualification to validate the design

岗位要求
BS/MS, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering
? Minimum 10 years experience in hardware BB design and validation experience at the circuit design
level which includes design experience with ARM processors (TI and Freescale), DDR memory
interfaces, PLLs, local switching power supplies, Ethernet, USB and RS232/422 interfaces
? Good soldering skill for both through hole and SMD components
? Ability to multitask and prioritize several work items
? Familiar with high speed HW design constraints to minimize impairments such as noise, cross talk,
signal integrity issues, etc.
? Possess excellent communication skills and team work abilities
? Experience with detailed circuit simulation and simulation SW like Hyperlynx, Timing designer, Spice,
ADS, Genesys simulation experience is an asset
? Experience with hardware design and measurements per WCDMA/GSM standards is necessary.
? Experience with high speed, high performance digital PWB design is necessary, including understanding of cross
talk, decoupling as relevant to PWB design.
? Solid electrical engineering, digital & analog circuit fundamentals and lab skills are a must.
? Strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills are required
Diligent in test methodologies, planning and documenting test procedures and test results
? GNSS and/or Wireless Communications experience
? Experience with Mentor DxDesigner and/or Expedition Layout

岗位职责Lead Hardware design
? All aspects of HW design validation including performing accurate component level testing, system level testing
and component qualification to validate the design
? Designing moderately complex designs

? Responsible for resources planning, works assignments and status review
? Report to Hardware Manager
岗位要求n Engineering
? Minimum 10 years experience in mobile hardware RF design
? Understanding of electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving skills.
? Working knowledge of power management, analog, or RF and general communication measurements
(ie line/load regulation, PSRR, transition time, amplifier efficiency, jitter, phase noise, etc).
? Able to work with common test equipment
(oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc).
? Capable of understanding and modifying
labview test software.
? Knowledge in mixed-signal or analog
PCB design including CAD interface.
? Test board design, debug, and development.
? Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly.
? Familiarity with cellular standards such as WCDMA, HSDPA/UPA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, or wireless
peripheral standards such as GPS/A-GPS is desirable.
? Good soldering skill for both through hole and SMD components
? Ability to multitask and prioritize several work items
? Good understanding of certification in mobile industry.
Diligent in test methodologies, planning and documenting test procedures and test results
? GNSS and/or Wireless Communications experience
? Experience with Mentor, OR CAD, Cadence Allegro, Power logic/PCB etc
