如何在IDE软件中为单独项目设置参考的including文件夹？

在IDE软件中按照开发文档执行Hello World例程，但提示报错

经自查，IDE软件无异常，同版本安装包在其他设备可以正常编译，将其他电脑的可以正常进行编译的工程文件通过压缩包的方式传递到本电脑，亦无法正常编译，提示报错内容

故猜测是定义库问题，请问怎么手动为程序添加定义库。
