手动安装ffmpeg库
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
再次运行还是不行
需要修改motion.conf文件
该文件在/etc/motion/motion.conf
vim /etc/motion/motion.conf
修改# Restrict webcam connections to localhost only (default: on)
webcam_localhost off
限制仅本地通过网页访问视频
再次运行：
root@ubuntu:/etc/motion# motion -cmotion.conf
在浏览器中输入192.168.1.122：8081
成功看到视频
