1. Collect high quality OPC wafer data and do data analysis.
2. Set up OPC model and verify the model quality.
3. Tapeout new OPC masks.
4. Verify OPC performance on new masks
5. Summarize OPC related documents.
Job Requirements：
1. MS in Op
tics/Physics/EE /Material/CS.
2.One plus years lithography experience in semiconductor industry will be better.
3.Strong computer application skills and familiar with UNIX/LINUX system.
4.Skillful in the application of CD-SEM.
5.Strong written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English.
