PIC16F690时钟校准在容差范围内?

有没有一种方法来确认PIC16F690时钟校准(HFIFTROC)在使用ICD3或PM3程序员(或任何其他半自动化方法)的容忍度之内?我们有一个偶然的问题,这是由于过于缓慢或快速的HftoToc频率。任何帮助,赞赏。这将节省我们不得不更换零件在多个木板。

    Is there a way to confirm the PIC16F690 clock calibration (HFINTOSC) is within tolerance using the ICD3 or PM3 programmers (or any other semi- automated method)?
We have an occasional problem which is due to out excessively slow or fast HFINTOSC frequency.
Any help appreciated.
It would save us having to replace the parts on multiple boards.

    Are you contacting Microchip about the Rejects?
Are the Genuine Chips?
 
As far as I know no those tools can not test the Clock speed.
If you have a Pin exposed you can output a signal or pulse and check it yourself.

    Please define "excessively".  the data sheet parameter for the device is 1% at 3.5V ~25C.  Outside of this small area the part is +/-2% to +/-5%.  There is a chance for the calibration word at 2008 to get corrupted but it is unlikely.  PICKit 2 may be able to verify this location but it is not available for purchase anymore.

    The PICKit2 was able to re-calibrate, re-calibrateable PICs, But I am not sure it could test them.
They dropped the feature for some reason.
