您好，我是安捷伦命令专家的新手。
我正试图让它在离线计算机上运行。
问题是我没有任何可用的命令集。
此外，我没有安装Command Expert连接到Internet的计算机。
这意味着我无法使用该程序下载SCPI驱动程序。
有没有办法直接下载文件而不安装程序？

  Hello,
I'm new to the Agilent Command Expert. I'm trying to make  it work on a offline computer. The problem is that I don't have any command sets available. Moreover, I don't have a computer connected to the Internet with Command Expert installed.
Which means that I can't download the SCPI drivers using the program.
Is there any way to download the files directly without the program being installed?
