 E2PROM保存大量的工作数据，是彩电系统的核心器件。分析E2PROM AT24CXX数据丢失以及物理损坏原因，提出E2PROM在彩电产品设计与应用中的软、硬件的改善方法，进而保证产品的可靠性。
Abstract:
 E2PROM is a core part of CTV system,which can store a great deal of data.The reason which E2PROM AT24CXX lost data and physics damaged in CTV system is analyzed.The improvement method of hardware and soft design and application of E2PROM AT24CXX in CTV product is provided in this paper.So this can assure the reliability of CTV product.
