The LM393/393A consist of two independent precisionvoltage comparators with a typical offset voltage of1.0mV and high gain. They are specifically designed tooperate from a single power supply over wide range ofvoltages. Operation from split power supply is also
possible and the low power supply current drain isndependent of the magnitude of the power supplyvoltage.
