,悬浮用功率变换器采用两块IPM 模块,双DSP 管理三套功率变换器以共同实现旋转控制和悬浮控制。制作了全数字控制器实验样机,进行了实验测试。结果表明,该全数字控制器实现了期望功能,两DSP 可协调工作,实时交换所需数据,能有效地完成对磁浮SRM 的控制。 Abstract: In view of the hardware resource and real-time control, the digital control system for magnetic suspending switched reluctance motor is designed based on double-DSP and DARAM. Two DSPs are used in the controller, because the 19 PWM signals are demanded by the power inverters. A DARAM is used to realize real-time data sharing between two DSP.The power inverter to control torque is realized by non-symmetrical semi-bridge structure, and two power inverters to control suspending are realized by two IPMs. Three power inverters are all controlled by two DSPs. The digital controller is realized and tested.
