高职高专学生评教存在的问题及对策

摘要: 学生评教是实现教学质量自我监控的重要环节之一. 结合高职高专学生评教的实际情况, 就评价体系的科学性、学生评价能力、学生评教的意识、评教结果的处理以及评教的背景特征等问题进行分析, 认为应建立适合高职高专院校特点的评教体系, 并以此为载体调整专业结构, 调动教师工作积极性.

Abstract :Students’evaluation onteaching effect is animportant procedure in the monitoring systemof teaching quality , and it is also the important basis to strengthenthe management of teaching and therefore to improve teaching quality . Based onthe practical situation
of students’evaluationonteaching effect invocational andtechnical colleges , this paper analyzed the evaluationsystem, students’evaluation ability and their consciousness of the evaluation, the influence of background features and howto deal withthe results . Some constructive opinions , directed at the specific features of higher vocational education, and sound development of students’evaluationteaching effect in vocational and technical colleges have been put forward .
