基于IPC 与PLC 相结合的金刚石合成机控制系统的研制

以金刚石合成机控制系统改造为例，提出了一种基于IPC 与PLC 相结合的DCS 控制系统。在系统设计中，采用了上位机与下位机独立运行、以串行通信方式进行信息传递方法，并且引入了容错技术，大大提高了系统的可靠性与稳定性。采用了面向对象技术和多线程技术，使得系统的维护和升级变得十分方便。半年多的运行表明：本控制系统大大提高了金刚石产品的控制精度和质量，减轻了操作人员的劳动强度，提高了管理的科学化水平。

Abstract: Taking the example of crystal control system, the article introduces a new DCS based on IPC and PLC. For adopting the operating computer and controlling computer independence running, the mode of information serial communication, the technique of permitting mistake is inducted to the software, the control system’s MTTF is prolonged consumedly. By using the OO technology and multithreading technology, the maintenance & upgrade is very easy and convenient. Half year’s running show: this system improves the control precision and the product of crystal, ease the employee’s work intensity, and advance the management.Key words: Machine of Crystal Synthesizing; Control System; Combination of IPC & PLC; serial communication
