介绍了通过自适应模糊PID 控制器实现氯乙烯聚合反应釜温度控制的设计思想,由于聚合反应釜的大惯性、大滞后的特性,采用常规的PID 调节产生严重的滞后效应和超调现象,难以收到令人满意的结果。该文利用自适应模糊PID 调节取代常规PID 调节,取得了令人满意的效果。仿真结果表明,该调节具有无超调、响应快等优点。

GONG Hui-li, YANG Shu-xun (College of Information and Control Engineering, Qingdao University of Scinece and Technology, Qingdao 266042) Abstract: A new method of using fuzzy PID controller with parameter adaption is presented in this paper, which is applied to the chloroethlene polymerizing-kettle system. according to the performance of strong inertia and long time-delay in polymerizing-kettle, PID regulating will bring serious lag effects and large overshoot, it is hard to achieve satisfactory result. The result of simulation indicated: fuzzy PID controller with parameter adaption has such advantages as high control accuracy,
quick response and no overshoot compared with PID controller.
