Abstract: This paper presents a design project of Motor-stator Dipped Lacquer system based on ForceControl and PLC. We introduce the concrete automation control project, Net structure, network parameters setting, the function of network-browse and the rule of control programs in details. At last, the results of operation show that the control system has achieved the performances and satisfied the demands of factory, and it works steadily.
